    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Sky (Sheffield, England).

    Interview

I applied for this role online, and completed two online assessments after submitting the application. I recieved an email two days later saying I have been progressed to a phone interview so someone would be in contact very soon, then a week later I still hadn't recieved a phone call. I recieved the SAME email again during the next week so I was sat around waiting for this call. The following week they finally rang me once but I missed the call (out of typical luck), the voicemail gave me a number to ring back so I attempted several times over the next few days to ring this number but the line was constantly busy and I waited 40 minutes on hold with no luck. I recieved an email stating to ring back ASAP so I sent a reply saying I am still interested in job but I cannot possibly reach the number. A few days later I recieved a reply saying that they have now switched to an online interview (as the deadline for phone interview was THE DAY they rang me) and that I would have to reapply again, despite already being successful, and complete further assessments. I do not think it was a concident they rang me on the deadline despite receiving an email saying I had been progressed weeks prior.
