Employees rate Glasgow 14.7% higher than the overall average
I worked at Softcat full-time (More than a year)
Fantastic place to work, great dynamism and you live and die by your own efforts.
Very few; slight laddish culture but this seems to be changing as far as I can see from the outside.
Not very flexible in terms of work from home and timing.
Advice to Management
Keep on keeping on.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Softcat (Glasgow, Scotland) in January 2017.
Brief telephone interview with very casual questions about myself and previous experience. Then onto assessment centre which involved basic numerical and verbal tests, a group exercise to assess your client communication and then a presentation on why you wanted the job.
