Pros
We have a great team here in Dundee, our senior management is great and they care about our future in the company.
Cons
The management in Canada and the US do not trust out local management and seem to need to be on every call on every project
Advice to Management
Our UK management is amazing and fully understand our product and our local needs. Start trusting them to do what you pay them to and stop thinking that because you have delivered on premises software for years you know how to deliver cloud.
