I have been working at Sony Pictures Entertainment full-time (More than 5 years)
Nice colleagues, good benefits (great medical insurance plan), reasonable management, work environment is simple and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and very little politic in the regional office. Highly recommend to people who are looking for work life balance.
Very little support from LA office. Policies and infrastructures are too US-centric. Regional people have to find their own ways to make things happen yet not validating "company policies" that sometime don't make sense in Asia at all. Too much time spending on explaining local needs to LA management who don't seem to understand (or want to change).
Advice to Management
Localization is difficult and expensive but it helps building client relationship and so grow business. Listen to the local people and let them work with local vendors who knows the market much better, always cheaper, faster than the LA office and easier for everyone (LA office, regional office and clients).

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sony Pictures Entertainment (Hong Kong (Hong Kong)) in May 2015.
Basic conversation with the head of marketing and her staff who was previously an intern. Rather relaxing since we were required to answer questions mostly based on the CV. Also had an conversation on general things related to marketing. It seemed easy but its hard to demonstrate your capabilities simply through a conversation. It was 2 candidates to 2 interviewers.
