      Pros

      Financial reporting. There are great opportunities to learn. I have the opportunity to train and develop staff. There is also a lot of internal mobility

      Cons

      During peak work flow we often work a lot of extra hours. Also dealing with outsourcing can be difficult at times, although it is necessary in this industry.

      Screen entry level employees more thoroughly
