      I have been working at State Street full-time (More than 3 years)

      Pros

      Good benefits. Good amount of vacation time (3weeks). 401k match up to 5% contribution. you get to work with good people.

      Cons

      No room for growth. It is a good company to start from but not to stay with. Most people tend to leave and go else where after a few years. Depending on your department, your work/life balance could be worse and you will find that your quality of life diminishing.

      Advice to Management

      Start promoting from within and maybe you will be able to retain your top employees.
