I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Summit (London, England) in March 2018.
The first interview was great. I was given a tour around the new and beautiful office and I was impressed. From there I was asked to prepare a presentation for the second interview but when I arrived the interviewer didn't know about the presentation and I has to ask to present it. These tasks take a lot of time to prepare so they shouldn't ask people to work on them if they aren't going to ask to see them.
Following the second interview I heard no feedback for over two weeks and when they finally got back to me they said they were no longer hiring at this level. Thoroughly unprofessional.
They also asked me to complete a personality test which I was never shown the results of. My interview experience with Summit does not bode well on taking a job there and I would avoid if given the chance again.
