    Pros

    - Great work life balance
    - Hybrid working opportunities
    - The people are what make TOPdesk great - it can be a very fun place to work
    - New addition of an annual training budget for all employees is great.
    - Good pension and benefits like private healthcare
    - 26 days of Annual Leave (+ a day off for your bday) is a nice amount of leave per year.

    Cons

    - There have been some challenges adapting the very social and dynamic TOPdesk culture for the new hybrid way of working, but the company seems focused on tackling this challenge head on.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TOPdesk (Manchester, England) in November 2019.

    Interview

    First round consisted off a general questions on previous experience and general suitability for the role.
    Second round was a presentation and more interview questions about the role specifically. They want to make sure you are a great fit for the company which is very reassuring. I was able to ask lots of questions to learn more about the role too.
    The whole interview process was smooth, I heard back very quickly after both interviews, which is a massive relief and was very appreciated.
    All in all a fantastic experience!
