I worked at TOPdesk full-time (More than 8 years)
I've worked for almost nine years at TOPdesk, in several roles. What I valued most was the attention for you as a person, possibilities to grow as a professional and personally, and my colleagues. Young and ambitious, striving to do the best they can for the customers and the company. I was also very happy about the stable and capable management. The company and it's board has a clear vision of the future of their market, and their position in it. This makes for a very stable working climate. Finally I enjoyed working with a big and generally speaking very happy customer base.
As mentioned in other reviews, at TOPdesk people get a great amount freedom to shape one's own work and the direction they develop. For most people this is very exciting as there are virtually no limits. Some other people benefit from more direct guidance.
Advice to Management
Keep on going, make sure the company keeps it's steady pace and stable and secure working climate. Keep in mind that some people benefit from a little more guidance.
