TSB Bank North Sunderland, England isn't hiring right now. Check out all TSB Bank jobs
I worked at TSB Bank full-time (More than 3 years)
Most of the staff are friendly.
Plenty of training for you to do the job itself.
No further pros that can be thought of.
Management is horrendous.
You will not work the shifts assigned to you, they are continuously flexed.
Very much a 'if your face fits' model
Advice to Management
No staff appreciation, or recognition. It was very much a if your face fits model, no career progression and staff couldn't even take as little as 10 minutes away from answering calls to do minor things such as secret Santa.
Majority of management were incredibly unhelpful, and there was lots of counts of failed promises from management along with a few occasions of bullying to other colleagues.
Job very underpaid for what you are doing, expected to continue taking new skills to take more complex calls and queries, but no recognition or rewards for the staff.
Would work well as a short term job, but you wouldn't want to stay behind 6-12 months, lots of staff currently on sick leave and that really is self explanatory.
Shifts are continuously flexed, and they started bringing in staff on temporary contracts, 90% of managers roles are seconded so that you can be called back to your previous role at any time.
