    Pros

Colleagues are amazing, they take care of providing a great work atmosphere, and the leadership team is moving the company in the right direction!

    Cons

As teams grow very quickly it can get hard to stay on top of who is joining and keep the close and friendly atmosphere going.

    Advice to Management

Keep the focus on providing a great workplace for everyone and ensuring the culture stays core to the business even with the incredible growth. Take everyone's voice and concern into consideration and make sure to keep open channels to challenge the leadership team constantly.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Taxfix (Berlin (Germany)) in February 2020.

    Interview

The process was quick and professional. My first interview was a video call. The interviewer asked fairly insightful questions and was very easy to talk to. The next stage was a case study, which I had one day to complete (usually they take longer, but they wanted to move the process along). The case study was a bit broad but still fun and challenging. After this, I was asked to present my findings to the team and we discussed my reasoning further.
