I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Technology Services Group UK (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in March 2020.
Initial phone interview with the COO, few competency-based questions as well as giving me the opportunity to ask questions.
Then a second interview was face to face with the COO and Head of Customer Experience both friendly and approachable. This was a scenario task as well as some questions.
I was also asked to quickly meet David the CEO where he was just getting to know me both professionally and personally this was very nice of him to do.
