I worked at Tesla full-time (More than a year)
People were good to work with, benefits were good too. It was fun working with new gadgets. It was nice working with different types of people.
Hours were crazy and tiring. And not enough equipments to work with. Parking wasn’t good. Some equipments would break down and it’ll take awhile for them to get fixed.
Advice to Management
Please be more lenient towards workers and know that the jobs that they are doing isn’t as easy as it seems.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Union City, CA (US)) in February 2017.
6 interviews, starting with a phone screening from a recruiter. Last interview was with the VP of the org. Lots of behavior and scenario-based questions. Some questions were redundant, but overall it was challenging and informative
