I worked at The LEGO Group as an intern (Less than a year)
Great learning opportunities; interns are involved in real work and projects and are invited to sit in on larger team meetings to absorb as much as they can. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Also loved that they arrange activities and briefings with all of the interns to introduce them to multiple departments so they gain a holistic understanding of the company!
Little prospect of securing a full-time job after the internship due to hiring freezes (at time -- this could have changed in recent years)

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at The LEGO Group (Enfield, CT (US)) in August 2015.
Short phone call which was followed by an interview with 3 project managers. Extremely nice and friendly staff, was a very simple and straightforward interview. Three managers explaining the position and asking me questions.
