I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Unilever (Dublin, Co. Dublin (Ireland)).
Face to face interview with management. Non-aggressive, friendly, relaxed interview with questions about my personality and experience and what I could bring to the role. It lasted approx 40mins. They asked me to bring a presentation on a solution of a problem they gave to me prior to the interview.
