    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Unilever (Englewood, NJ (US)).

    Interview

Very standard as listed online with an EQ assessment, recorded interview and then discovery day. I would be VERY familiar with the star method, and be very fluent in explaining your thought process. I would also try to understand Unilever’s Sustainability plan because that is a heavy part of the company culture.
