I have been working at Unilever full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of talented collegaues one can learn from, a shape up or ship out performance culture, good gender balance and diversity initatives suport a great mix in teams

    Cons

large comapny bureacracy is sometimes daunting, a lot of standardization on systems also limits speed of execution

    Advice to Management

Top down cascade of vision and targets is great - more transparence in accountability right down to grassroots would be the one thing we lack to being truly customer and employee centric company

The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Hamburg (Germany)) in May 2018.

    Interview

After submitting my CV, I was asked to complete a series of online games which I did. After that i got an evaluation of the results and I've never heard back from them since - it's been almost a month. Pretty disappointed that they're not even giving any feedback after I put in the effort of completing those games, not even a rejection, and that the process is super intransparent.
