    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in August 2021.

    Interview

    4 Stages:

1- Phone Screening: HR will call you confirming your interest in the position, availability, salary expectations, etc.

2- You are required to record your anwsers to a number of questions in a HireVue Interview. Typical behavioral and overall company knowledge questions.

3- Hiring Manager Interview: They send you an email with a business case before the interview which you have to prepare and present. They'll ask a few behavioral questions at the end.

4- Hiring Manager's Manager. Culture fit and behavioral questions.

Overall the process is of average difficulty, but it's painfully slow. It will take various months from the moment you submit your CV until the moment you hear the final decision.

    Best of luck!
