I worked at Unit4 full-time
Allowed to work from home for one day out of the week (assuming it isn't a busy time)
No single focus for the product (just groups fighting internally), No training for its employees after years of "promises", Fired it's top performing professionals so it can meet a bottom line, Took a hard working office and through horrible management removed all motivation, leaders are expected to do the job with no training, no professional development structure (no path to move to the next level in your job), unreasonable deadlines and measurements
Advice to Management
Stop having a double standard across the company on how NA and Europe do things. Laws protect Europe Employees from certain problems that the company likes to exploit in the NA market, because laws here are written FOR the corporation (such as time off, termination rules, work-life balance, overtime, etc). If the company wants to show its employee how great of a company it is, then remove this double standard across the organization. It just illustrates that the company will stay within the "law" of the country, but cares nothing about the welfare of the employees or making things equal.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Unit4 (Ellisville, MO (US)) in February 2015.
had a phone interview and then a group interview, followed by a skills assessment that was taken online at home. There was good communication from both sides during the interview process.
