The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Paddington, England) in July 2019.
The first interview with the hiring manager wasn't a great experience. She was very dismissive on the phone and uninterested in my answers. Surprisingly they invited me in to pitch for a presentation, on which I wasted a lot of time and effort. The interview was conducted with the hiring manger being (late) in person and some other random team members on the phone. They didn't have any soecific questions to ask and provided good feedback during the interview and at the end. BUT it turns out they didn't have the budget signed off for the role hence they didn't even bother providing any feedback. HR, the Agency and the Hiring manager went all very quiet and after several weeks still haven't heard anything. Total waste of time. Really bad experience and they don't seem to care. Not a business I'd like to deal with.
