I have been working at Voyage Care full-time (More than a year)
Shift work can fit in with family needs.
It’s always a privilege to meet and care for thevresudents who I may not otherwise cross paths with.
I can find the environment competitive which I find strange in s caring profession. A lot of staff I work with have lots and lots of money and are the ones that are high up or treated with upmost respect. Which again I find strange as many residents at voyage care are struggling on a weekly budget. Success is for staff who rarely make mistakes instead of focusing on their weakest staff member for reflection of how they are actually doing
Advice to Management
All staff are Human Beings not just those with high status or high houses.
Maybe looking at weakest staff members as a reflection of their success sometimes
