I have been working at Voyage Care full-time (More than 10 years)
Great Place to make a difference to people's lives not only the PWS but our colleagues too. To be able to thank people each and every day for their support and passion is remarkable. we need more amazing people not people that just want a job!!! this is a career and a life.
unfortunately pay is not the same across the board and you find their is a lot of conflict within teams because of this.
especially those staff who are still TUPE and get a lot more benefits from it. if every one from support staff to managers could all earn the same it would improve morale.
Advice to Management

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Voyage Care (Taunton, England) in March 2018.
My interview was quite informal and with the home manager.
She explained the home, the ethics, the people we support (in general terms) and asked lots of questions of me to get a feel for whether I was the ‘right’ sort of person.
She was very honest about the challenges and I knew by the end of the interview that I would be well trained and supported and given all I needed to supplement my natural abilities essential to this kind of job.
I was offered the position at the end of the interview.
