    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Clermont, FL (US)) in April 2018.

    Interview

Smooth interview I applied online and around almost 2 weeks I got an email to do a web interview which was pretty much a series of questions like (Strongly Agree - Strongly Disagree) it was more of a pre interview screening but was smooth and I did not have any hiccups through that. After that I was invited to participate in a real interview with the choice of either phone or in person and they had openings for interviews the very next day so I chose the phone interview, for the phone interview they give you a window say you chose a interview at 10:30 AM they can call you up to 15 minutes before or after that time and mine was around 15 minutes after 10:30. Once I got the call from the extremely friendly and helpful recruiter not only did he thoroughly explain the job functions in more detail he answered all my questions with impressive detail. Disney is not a company to be nervous for an interview everyone is super friendly and helpful! I would suggest you have your resume handy should you choose a phone interview that way you have all your details right there on the spot and also a note book to take some notes!
