I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)
Dedicated, helpful co-workers. This is pretty much all i can think of. While i was happily quitting my slavery at WF, many of the coworkers said they wish they could do the same, but have to stay and support their families, children. Proudly leaving this awful place and finding a great place to work after was the best part of my time there. Maybe some of other branches treat their employees like actual human beings, but this wasn't the case.
you don't want to constantly feel like a hypocrite, and take an advantage of other people in order to benefit rich corporation, avoid the Hells Fargo at all costs if you can.
You deserve better for yourself!
-Extreme micro-management to the point of standing behind your back with the check list of things you are obligated to say while helping a customer
-CONSTANT pressure to sell banking products to customers who don't need them
-Attitude to "take advantage of every customer who walks in" -an exact words from manager's "motivational speech"
-No life/work balance
- Requiring to sign up your friends and family for the WF b. s. services
