I worked at YRC Freight full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Salary was great. Environment needed to be worked on but the place has potential.

    Cons

Place has potential but the union environment is not helpful with what management is trying to do.

    Advice to Management

If you want to establish a type of management once the employees are already established, start with the core, not with the leaves.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at YRC Freight (Gardena, CA (US)).

    Interview

Quick interview and hiring process. Interview was really promising. Unfortunately, did not last at the job. Management wants to change their reputation of strict, but the existing employees need to be schooled first.
