Interview
The overall experience was good everyone was friendly, and the tone of the interviews was conversational and casual. The entire process was over a month, there were two different interviews first one with a marketing Manager and a team member and the second one with the team e-commerce Manager. The head of Recruitment was in contact throughout the entire process being friendly, supportive and offering feedback. I wish the process was faster as it took quite a long time to receive an outcome and I also noticed from the 2 interviews that there are different expectations for someone in this position that didn't necessarily align.InterviewTell us about you.
