Employees rate Amsterdam 4.7% higher than the overall average
I have been working at adidas full-time (More than a year)
flexible working from home or around the office
not micro-managed and empowered to do your job
varied learning and development options
office location and facilities - even though being upgraded they will not compare to HQ standards. sports facilities are limited and canteen / food is sub-standard.
matrix organisation with unnecessary layers - hard to navigate the business to change.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Amsterdam (Netherlands)) in November 2014.
Two interviews, one video interview and one in-person interview. First stage with HR, second with the hiring manager. Common industry questions, about brand's identity and your personal fit, experiences etc.
