Employees rate Amsterdam 16.9% higher than the overall average
I worked at adidas full-time (More than 5 years)
dynamic, fun, young, open-minded, true sports enthusiasts, flexible work environment, good work life balance, lots of international and cross-functional possibilities
normal politics of a big corporation, high staff turn over, sometimes a bit too cool and trendy, salaries are avarage
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work and positive spirit!
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Amsterdam (Netherlands)) in December 2016.
Consisted of two interviews, an video interview and one in person. The video interview was awkward because you are being recorded and are not talking to anyone. The second interview was not as much about you but about the subject matter of the internship.
