    Pros

    -Smooth on-boarding process even in this COVID-19 situation
    -Competitive salary ( at least in Thai market)
    -Generous benefit
    -Good work life-balance(plenty of annual leave)
    -Challenging work with high performance people
    -Unlimit Udemy for business (I love this one!)

    Cons

    -Can be more data driven for Bangkok site
    -Small data analytics team in BKK.
