I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at easyJet (Lisbon (Portugal)) in September 2012.
Almost full day. Group sessions and group exercises. They want to see your creativity as well as ability to work with others, leadership skills without being pushy or arrogant. It's more about how you conduct yourself. Can't be too shy nor too outspoken. Be cordial to everyone at all times as you're constantly being watched and evaluated.
Reasons for Declining
By the time I was asked to travel to receive training I had already gotten a different job offer. Training wasn't available straight away so the wait was just too long for me to not accept other offers.
