I have been working at easyJet full-time (Less than a year)
Friendly staff, roster is good.
Some company decisions are made at head office by people who may not know the affect at bases the changes will have, as they don’t visit regularly and don’t know what people actually do!
I applied online. I interviewed at easyJet (London, England) in January 2019.
First there is an online test. They ask you a series of questions, if you do well you get an email asking you to book to go to one of easy jets assessment days. The assessment day consists of group activities and various other tests. Before having the interview at the end if you are successful in the tests.
