I have been working at 10 Degrees full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

During the interview process and integration into the team, everyone was very welcoming, kind and helpful.

    Great technology, up to date.

Innovative app usage for improved efficiency.

    Additional employee perks.

    Cons

Management professionalism. Bickering / arguments can occur and they are demotivating and off putting.

Lack of feedback in regards to the quality of the output of work which is very important for a new employee on probation and equally as important for a small agency in expansion.

General ongoing negativity and untimely comments by Lynda which has gradually decreased my desire to work for 10 Degrees.
The ongoing comments and criticism accommpanied with a lack of praise and encouragement has left me reluctant to work for the agency.

    Advice to Management

    Constructive criticism.
Feedback consisting of positive and constructive comments.
    Much less bickering and disagreements.
Less unnecessary comments and jabs at employees.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 10 Degrees (Wokingham, England) in October 2016.

    Interview

Informal meeting to discuss the skills I could bring to the business and a brief job role review to determine suitability - having worked with 10° in the past, a more formal interview wasn't required.
