Still some manual processes and reporting which could be automated with off the shelf products, just need time to implement to make people work smarter not harder.
Advice to Management
Have really enjoyed my time working for FCIM, Andy James & Kevin Howard have made it a pleasure to work for the company. I have always felt valued by them and they have always supported the efforts of their teams.
Don't loose that personal touch with your employees.
I applied online. I interviewed at 1st Central Insurance.
Online test, telephone and then onsite interview at Haywards Heath. A mix of strength, competency, technical and free form questions.
The questions are not too challenging, but require some thought and detailing.
Overall the atmosphere is friendly and the interviewers will be interested in your strength, so don't be afraid to do your best!
Today we've surprised our people at each of our offices with chocolate fountains and lots of lovely fresh fruit for them to snack on. This is just another way that we're making 1st CENTRAL a fun place to work!
Wow, can you believe we're in the second week of 2018 already? 2017 was a fantastic year for 1st CENTRAL, we sold our 3 millionth policy, our customer satisfaction scores saw a significant increase and we won a number of awards, including MoneyAge Insurance Provider of the Year. Not only that, but we sponsored local talent in the form of the Junior Ginetta 2017 Championship runner-up, and soon to be Formula 4 driver, Seb Priaulx and, to top it all off, we managed to raise just over £30,000 for our chosen charities. These are just a handful of some of 2017's highlights and we're looking forward to seeing what 2018 has in store for us.
