Too many goals and expectations.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at AAA Club Alliance (Springfield, VA (US)) in May 2015.
The process took 2 months to complete from start to finish. I was contacted by HR about a month after my application. I had a phone interview with my manager, an in-person interview with that manager, followed by a teleconference interview with other members of the sales team. I was notified of the hire by email and phone by an HR Manager.
The new month brings a new leader to the helm of AAA Club Alliance. On June 1, Tom Wiedemann officially assumed the role of ACA CEO.
Tom recently weighed in on his leadership style. "We have 5,000 people with ideas, thoughts, and ways to make our company better. It is critical for us to be able to capture that and synergize it. I want our company to have transparency, engagement, and a team-first atmosphere. You will see that while I will have to make decisions regarding our organization's strategy, I believe that 5,000 heads are better than one. So from a style perspective, I think inclusion is what is going to make us great in the long run."
