I have been working at AECOM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Of all private consultanties I've worked for over the years, this is the best. If you work hard at your role, you will be rewarded. Annual training is provided and management will give you opportunities in other areas/offices if you express so and are trusted by management to do so. Good opportunities to develop your career if you put in effort.

    Cons

Pay in certain areas is not perfect but generally tends to rise if performance is good enough. Location of some offices not ideal

    Advice to Management

Increased pay for good performing staff is always useful and staying in touch with employees as they can be become demotivated if not listened to

    Easy Interview

    Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM.

    Interview

Informal chat with two senior members of staff, this was simply to get to know me and whether I would be suitable for the job. Few technical questions asked, but noting too advanced. Overall the atmosphere was very relaxed and they asked me questions relating to experience and skills outlined on my CV.
