    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AECOM.

    Interview

Applied online, did a situational judgement test then was invited for an interview. 2-hour interview at Bristol Bridges. More of a conversation than an interview; spend most of it talking about my university modules, what I liked etc. and spend a lot of time talking about the projects I've done. I sketched a lot to explain what I was saying which they liked a lot. Finished with a 'technical excercise' which was a test of about 10 questions; mostly bending moment diagrams but there was a truss to analyse to refresh on that too.
