ASTA CRS Reviews
Pros
You'll learn some useful information regarding your everyday tasks as a Business or Data Analyst. Their "courses" are honestly a good indicator of whether you want to go forth with becoming a Business or Data Analyst.
Cons
Will Asta get in trouble for fabricating people's resumes and work experience? Not really. Is it completely morally unethical? Absolutely. They will tell you in the beginning that there are these "courses" that are anywhere from 2-4 weeks long, and in that timeframe, you will learn everything you need to know about becoming a BA/DA. They are not actually really teaching you anything. You have to do all the hard and dirty work on your own, as they encourage a lot of self-taught courses. What these "courses" are is just a bunch of Zoom meetings to teach you how to become an expert liar. Half of the time, the "instructor" will cancel these Zoom meetings to give fake interviews for people, so it truly is a waste of your time. They also really push you to geta job out of state. They actually get really defensive and rude if you tell them you don't want to pick up your whole life and move in such a short amount of time. This is because a lot of employers already know this company is a fraud, so they have a very limited number of "clients" or "vendors," whatever they call them. Don't let them gaslight you into thinking you only have opportunities out of the state you reside. At the end of the day, they don't actually care about you and they don't care whether you get a job that fits all your needs. They just want your money. That's why they market you as a mid-level, junior candidate and not entry-level. They won't be able to take a big chunk of your paycheck for themselves if you got an entry-level role. PLEASE stay away from them if you're a citizen and not in absolute desperate need of a job. Especially if you're a fresh graduate, because those are the types of people they take advantage of. They put fear in your mind, saying you need so many years of experience otherwise you won't make it, you need to move out of your state because there's no opportunity where you live, etc. This mentality is taught to you on purpose so they can further manipulate you into lying and fabricating your experience. You can get in BIG trouble if you get caught lying to this degree and you can get blacklisted from so many companies. Don't ruin your career like this. Do it the right way.
