The schedule can be less than convenient for parents if they have lower seniority, but the pay is helpful to parents too and is hard to find at other jobs.

    The whole interview process includes a phone screen, Coding assessment, Technical interview, Behavioral Interview. They were all 30 min except for the technical interview which was 1.5 hour. very friendly staffs and the interview questions were not hard either
