    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in August 2019.

    Interview

Introductory phone interview if your initial application is of interest. Then you’ll be invited for a more intense Skype interview as to why you’d be a good fit for the position which can range from 45 - 1 hour. If all goes well, you’ll be invited for a role-play interview in which you’ll need to learn product/service information to be able to interact with a customer and deliver the offerings in a concise, engaging fashion.
