We are starting performance reviews and I am working on my self-evaluation. I was out on parental leave for the first 3 months of the year and then another month recently on FMLA/bereavement when my father was dying. My work is project-based and between being out and a number of leadership changes and associated reprioritization I didn’t finish many projects this year. I will talk about the reprioritization but is there a way to talk about my leaves without seeming like I am making excuses?

InterviewI just had a virtual interview with the regional director. It wasn't high stress at all. She asked me relevant questions which I had no trouble answering. I also had many questions for her. The interview took up the entire hour and it was a pleasant experience.Interview

We're happy to share that ATI Physical Therapy has once again earned an outstanding rating for patient quality in the ‘CMS’ Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), marking our fourth consecutive year of excellence. "Once again, this rating is recognition of the high-quality, patient-centric care our providers deliver," said ATI Chief Executive Officer Sharon Vitti. "We talk a lot about the special relationships between our patients and our providers, and this rating continues to illustrate how much our patients value the care they receive and the difference that it makes in their lives. We will continue working hard to expand access to PT and help people live healthier lives."
ATI is excited to announce its partnership with Genie Health in our collaborative efforts to provide our patients with the best care. For more information, please see our featured press release in Becker's Orthopedic Review.
