I have been working at AXA UK full-time (Less than a year)

I have worked for AXA for 7 months now, I feel as though I've been here for years. I feel privileged to be part of AXA, and have been made to feel welcome, supported and valued. Although not personally affected, I am incredibly impressed with the support AXA in general and respective line managers look after all of their employees above and beyond anything I've experienced or seen anywhere else.

I haven't experienced anything adverse to date.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, those of us that live in the real world appreciate all that AXA does for us.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at AXA UK (Royal Tunbridge Wells, England) in February 2020.

I applied online and received communication from HR to organise a phone interview with two department managers a couple of days later. The phone interview gave a good understanding of the company and what to expect from the role. It also highlighted the personable approach of AXA and the flexible working options. A face to face interview was organised efficiently to suit me, and HR was in contact to discuss what to expect and any adjustments required. The interview was relaxed, with questions focusing on previous experience and competencies. After the face to face interview there was a short computer based exercise.
HR efficiently contacted me to communicate the offer and were on hand throughout to swiftly answer any questions I had. I received regular communication from HR, my manager and the on boarding team throughout the process and prior to my first day.
