    Email Communications Executive Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Glasgow, Scotland
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at AXA UK (Glasgow, Scotland) in March 2018.

Process took approximately 1 month. After applying online candidates were shortlisted for first interview after which another shortlisting was to happen for a second interview with Marketing Director.

I was asked bring in my PII and proof of address which I brought in too. However at the end of interview I was explained that they are not required at this stage (odd, because it was stressed in red to bring them over to my first interview). After the interview I was explained to wait for response back the following week because they are eager to fill this role quickly.

After the week I was contacted that all candidates were great and "hard to pick from", however apologized as one candidate has already received a verbal offer (apparently without second interview).

I must believe the role was already allocated and I was just a tick-box to tick because there were too many discrepancies between interviewer and HR. Negative experience.

    Interview Questions

    • I was required to do presentation using no more than 12 slides, demonstrate how I would plan, create and deliver an email campaign to customers who currently hold AXA Van Insurance, and the cross-selling initiatives I would deploy to improve their cross-product holding across AXA.   1 Answer
