Interview
An internal recruiter from Ably contacted me, providing details about the position and their four-round interview process. I accepted the opportunity and moved forward with the initial screening round, led by him.
The rounds consisted of:
- Screening with in-house recruiter
- Chat with one of the engineers (Eco Systems)
- Take-home assignment
- Technical and live-coding round with a Tech Lead (Eco Systems) and Senior Engineering Manager (Eco Systems)
Ultimately, I received a rejection after the last round of the selection process. I really hope the decision-making was conducted with honesty and fairness.InterviewWithout revealing any details, the questions they asked were directly related to challenges that would inevitably have been encountered while completing the technical task.
