Advice to ManagementKeep inspiring the evolving world of UX.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Adaptive Path (United States)
InterviewI met the Adaptive Path/Capital One team during my university's career fair. I spoke with three Adaptive Path/Capital One members and left my resume with one of the Talent Recruiters. I was asked back to interview the next day by the Recruiter, but I was not told what position I was interviewing for. I attended the interview, was enthusiastic, and thought it went fairly well - but not perfect. I checked in a few weeks after and never heard anything back - just silence. I find it really disrespectful on their part that I was not even given a rejection as a courtesy. Super unprofessional and will never apply again.
