I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adestra (Oxford, England) in September 2016.
Had an hour-long interview with an account manager and someone from HR. Surprisingly boring questions considering their trendy reputation! Was told that successful interviewees would be contacted with a short task to work on. Didn't bother to contact me after initial interview, which I thought was a little rude, though pleasant in person. All in all, seems like a pretty nice place to work.
