    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Age UK (The National Charity) (London, England) in August 2016.

    Interview

Presentation, followed by competency based interview in front of two people. In total, lasted about an hour. Most of the questions were pretty straightforward - how you would influence people, management experience, etc. However, they opened with an unusual question about policy (that couldn't necessarily have been guessed by researching the company and policy area in advance).
