I worked at Aggreko full-time
Lots of opportunity, travel and rewarding work. Great benefits.
Too many members of staff with ambiguous job titles. Manager didn't keep me on after 6 month probabtionary period. I was very transparent about my experience prior to joining, I don't think this is a reflection on the organisation, but the manager,
I applied online. I interviewed at Aggreko (London, England) in May 2017.
I had two interviews and the position was in Scotland. The first interview was by phone and it looks the interviewees did not have enough information about the position themselves. It looks consultants were doing all sound and vibration tasks.
After long time delay, they informed me that they are very much interested to going forward with second interview.
Their arrangements for the second interview was very poor.
The second interview questions was actually related to the problems that they had in the company regarding to sound and vibration issues.
Although, they had a principle engineer but I do not believe he knows that much about the topics based on the questions that he was asking me after answering their questions.
In general, I found that they do not have very much information in this area and all the work had been done with consultants. I felt they just want to have this position open and get many information from the applicants as all the questions were technical regarding to the problems that they had in their machines or environment
