I have been working at Aiimi full-time (More than 3 years)
Although growing fast, Aiimi still maintains a small company, family feel. Whilst perhaps not for everyone, this provides a work environment & personal development opportunities very different to elsewhere. Aiimi is both fun to work for, and I believe for those earlier in their career, an ideal place to learn. Not to say that Aiimi can only be a stepping stone, commitment to the company can be rewarding too - Aiimi consultants are very highly regarded by clients allowing us to work on exciting projects which few get the opportunities. I enjoy every day at Aiimi.
As I mention, the relatively flat management structure and small company culture are not for everyone. There is a lot of travel in the role and this can often feel like work takes over your life. That said, these kind of challenges are (in my opinion) well managed, everyone is 100% honest out their feelings & priorities.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aiimi (London, England) in April 2017.
For me, the Talent Co-Ordinator was able to instantly make me feel at ease from the start of the recruitment process and was also able to convey what the company stands for and what being a part of the Aiimi family meant.
Post acceptance and through into employment they made sure I felt welcome and kept in regular touch to ensure I was receiving the support I need.
