I have been working at Aiimi full-time for less than a year
ProsThe recruitment process was really smooth and Aiimi ensured that all the admin of starting a new role was taken care of early to ensure a smooth start on day one. The onboarding was well
ConsNothing at all. This has been one of my best new job opportunity experiences.
Advice to ManagementKeep doing what you're doing!
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Aiimi (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Nov 2020
InterviewGreat process. technical video interview at first, which was quite difficult, however the person that gave the interview was very calming and helpful, I very much enjoyed it. After that, a couple of interviews with the people I would be working with, they just wanted to get to know me and see if I would be happy with the job and what I would be doing. Very reassuring and seemed like a great culture. Finally a discussion with the client I would be working for, lovely chat and everyone very nice to talk to. Seems a fantastic place to work. The process was quick and very very good!
Mainly if I would be happy doing the role and about what experience I had.1 Answers

...Would be good to see a few more women in leadership positions, however the number of development opportunities to progress outweigh this...
