I worked at Air France-KLM full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Discounted long haul flights.
    Multicultural environment.

    Cons

Years without a bonus or profit share. Bad structure for incentives, performance analysis, objectives, projects (Delta caos).
HR does not seam to care about the business development or the H on their title. On the internal selection process they rarely select the best person for the job. Inefficient communication.
    More politics than business.

    Advice to Management

Start anwering calls, online chat, answer to passenger's emails. Value the employee as your direct product is the knowledge they have.
