    Pros

Challenging environment, right set of values, costumer service driven company (justice as a service). Always looking for ways to improve and learn from their mistakes. You learn everyday!

    Cons

It is a company that has grown very rapidly and therefore sometimes feels like decisions are taken too fast.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AirHelp (London, England) in September 2019.

    Interview

A clear brief was sent first by AirHelp.
First Skype interview with HR and then Skype Interview with Digital. Then AirHelp emailed later saying another candidate was awarded the job.
