    Pros

    Great people
    Truly international
    Exciting challenges
    Possibility to build something unique

    Cons

Sometimes grows a little too fast
    Different cultures in different offices

    Advice to Management

Keep going! There has been some recent changes to the organisation, which has led to frustration of some people in our Berlin and Gdansk offices. A few recent Glassdoor reviews are mostly just people venting. But the overall picture is bright, and 2020 and onwards are going to be very exciting.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AirHelp (London, England) in September 2019.

    Interview

A clear brief was sent first by AirHelp.
First Skype interview with HR and then Skype Interview with Digital. Then AirHelp emailed later saying another candidate was awarded the job.
