I have been working at Alfa full-time (More than 3 years)
Competitive salary, great culture, fair play, good work-life balance.
Loads of process in place, which can be cumbersome at times.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Alfa (London, England) in November 2017.
There is a 20-30 min telephone interview, then a first-round face-to-face interview and a formal final round interview with two operational board directors. The first round was to assess my reasons for applying to Alfa, to show I knew a bit about what they did and who their clients were. The first face-to-face interview was mainly about the lifecycle of a software implementation project, so I was asked about issues that might come up or processes that are followed when working with a company to develop Alfa Systems to their requirements. The final round was half in-depth questions about asset finance leasing, designed to assess how I think and reason through problems about leasing, and half going through my CV.
