I have been working at AllSaints Retail full-time (More than 3 years)
I've never worked anywhere where the senior leadership team care so passionately about the career development of the team. Life changing opportunities are openly available to anyone willing to do what it takes to own them. Inspirational leadership, leading from the front, encouraging all around them to "design think" and grow the business into something unique and amazing.
Peak trade is tough! All that can be said is that it will set you up for anything in your career. Embrace the values of the business, review your own performance and development and the sky is the limit.
The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at AllSaints Retail (London, England).
HR person was very unprofessional. Took 3+ weeks to tell me they were keen to speak to me but then went silent again for days after I said the dates and times I was free. After a bit of chasing I managed to confirm a time with them. After an HR phone interview I had a 1:1 face to face Line Manager interview. After more than a week I'd heard nothing so chased to find the outcome/ get feedback, HR said they hadn't spoken to the Line Manager but would collate feedback in 2-3 days and call me. They never got back in touch over the phone or on e-mail.
Generally seemed like the HR person was more keen to demonstrate how busy they were.
