Company HQ is beautiful, products come to market quickly. Most of the distributors are very good at what they do. The day to day of this job is fun and exciting.
Cons
EOS division growth goals are unattainable - instead of adjusting the plan or changing sales strategy, they are churning through sales reps, sales management, and marketing. No real warnings or performance plans are being given out prior to making headcount changes. Compensation plan looks competitive on paper, but most reps are not hitting plan.
