Ambitious about Autism – Why Work With Us?

Work for us

Together at Ambitious about Autism, we strive to make the ordinary possible for every child and young person with autism in the UK through our schools, colleges and charity work. Our students are at the heart of everything we do. If you share our ambition, discover more about us below and become a part of #TeamAmbitious.

Our people

A little bit about us.

At Ambitious about Autism we rely on the efforts of many people to enable us to achieve our ambition of making the ordinary possible for children and young people with autism.

We have more than two hundred employees working for the charity, many of who work directly with children and young people at TreeHouse School and at Ambitious College.

We are grateful to the many volunteers that also give their time and help us to achieve our goals. In this section we provide more information about the team leading the charity and those acting as advocates, patrons and ambassadors.

Be inspired by the cause - each day you know that you're positively impacting on our learners / pupils / wider stakeholders.

It's a hugely ambitious organisation, meaning there's lots of opportunity to develop and grow.

Good, fun working environment, with some possibilities of working flexibly.

Lots of inspiring colleagues who are brilliant at their jobs and committed to achieving positive outcomes for our beneficiaries.

    Cons

The working environment in the schools and college can be challenging, though hugely rewarding.
