Mission: Our ambition is to make the ordinary possible for more children and young people with autism.
Together at Ambitious about Autism, we strive to make the ordinary possible for every child and young person with autism in the UK through our schools, colleges and charity work. Our students are at the heart of everything we do. If you share our ambition, discover more about us below and become a part of #TeamAmbitious.
At Ambitious about Autism we rely on the efforts of many people to enable us to achieve our ambition of making the ordinary possible for children and young people with autism.
We have more than two hundred employees working for the charity, many of who work directly with children and young people at TreeHouse School and at Ambitious College.
We are grateful to the many volunteers that also give their time and help us to achieve our goals. In this section we provide more information about the team leading the charity and those acting as advocates, patrons and ambassadors.
I have been working at Ambitious about Autism full-time (More than a year)
I have been here just over a year now. I felt settled within a month or so. The organisation is very warm and welcoming and colleagues are all very friendly.
The management are all supportive and encouraging and prepared to take feedback
Working for a great organisations who works to ensure the children are for focal point of the decisions made.
The only cons I would say is that the charity and school staff need to have more social events together
